Our activities are underpinned by our commitment to working in close collaboration and partnership to ensure our work continues to meet the changing demands of policy decision-making, service organisation and care delivery.
The biggest struggle of the learning organization is to get the vision and values of the organization off the wall and into the hearts and minds of the people. If traditional organizations tend to be overly led by policy, then learning organizations look to be primarily led by shared vision and values. The real challenge is not in the drafting of vision and values but in making them real in terms of accountability, passion and relevance in the mailroom and every other corner of the organization.
